Practice Areas:
Mr. Beach has more than 35 years of experience primarily in insurance and commercial defense and general civil litigation in both state and federal courts. He handles lawsuits involving antitrust claims, medical and legal malpractice, automobile accidents, products liability, condemnations, and real estate. Mr. Beach is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in New Mexico, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
