Mr. Cole represents utilities in regulatory proceedings, acquisition, protection and marketing of water rights, environmental litigation and compliance under state and federal regulations, major finance and business transactions as well as commercial litigation. He has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America since its inception and has taught environmental and utility law at the University of New Mexico.
