Practice Areas:
Ann Conway represents clients in areas of fidelity and surety law, construction litigation, insurance law and insurance bad faith litigation, governmental regulation and lobbying, and mediation and arbitration. Her experience includes general civil, commercial, and construction litigation. Ms. Conway has represented clients in the New Mexico Legislature and before state and federal regulators for 23 years. Ms. Conway also serves as a court-appointed and private mediator and arbitrator in civil and construction cases. Ms. Conway has represented insurance companies and trade associations in direct actions, class actions, and as Amicus Curie in trial and appellate courts. Ms. Conway also practices in the area of employment law on behalf of employers.
Education & Bar Admissions:
Ms. Conway received her law degree from Notre Dame Law School in 1984. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1978 (cum laude), and her M.A. from the University of Eastern New Mexico in 1980 (magna cum laude). She is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Mexico, the United States District Court of New Mexico, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
