Practice Areas:
Mr. Feuchter’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, property law, and employment law at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Feuchter has handled claims involving trade secrets, non-competition agreements, trademarks, landlord-tenant law, liens, easements, construction defects, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour law.

University of New Mexico, B.A. summa cum laude, 1996; University of New Mexico, J.D. cum laude, 1999. Editor-in-Chief, New Mexico Law Review, 1998-99. Admitted to the New Mexico Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico in 1999, and to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2002.
