Ms. Hand represents individuals and businesses in the areas of commercial and banking litigation, finance and business formation. Her experience also includes representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
Education and Bar Admissions:
Ms. Hand obtained a BA in psychology from The Pennsylvania State University. She graduated with a law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1992. Ms. Hand is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New Mexico, Massachusetts and New Hampshire, as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Professional Affiliations:
Ms. Hand is a past director of the Hartley House Shelter for Domestic Violence and a past director of the Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce.
