Practice Areas:
Ms. Hazlett represents clients in a broad variety of litigation matters, with a large portion of her practice devoted to defending employers against employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge and breach of contract claims. She also counsels employers that want to avoid litigation by providing advice on complying with anti-discrimination laws, disability laws, drafting effective employment policies and procedures and separation agreements, and employee discipline issues. Ms. Hazlett also has experience with personal injury and wrongful death claims, and has handled contested probate actions. Before joining Keleher & McLeod, she practiced federal employment and labor law at the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development in Washington, D.C.
