Practice Areas:
Ms. Hazlett represents clients in health care and employment matters, including medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge and breach of contract claims. She also counsels employers that want to avoid litigation by providing advice on complying with anti-discrimination laws, disability laws, drafting effective employment policies and procedures and separation agreements, and employee discipline issues. Ms. Hazlett also has experience with personal injury and wrongful death claims. Before joining Keleher & McLeod, she practiced federal employment and labor law at the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development in Washington, D.C.
