Practice Areas:
Mr. Keleher concentrates his practice in construction-related law, commercial litigation, real estate law and insurance defense litigation. He is a former registered professional engineer in New Mexico, and prior to law school, served in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corp and as a qualified control engineer on the Cochiti Dam Project located between Santa Fe and Albuquerque. He represents numerous engineers, contractors, subcontractors and property owners in a variety of construction-related matters, including personal injury claims arising out of construction projects, claims of defective construction, professional engineering malpractice claims and contract disputes. He has substantial experience in representing landowners and developers in real estate developments, acquisitions, sales and other transactions as well as real estate litigation.
