Practice Areas:
Mr. Knoner represents individuals, corporations, and professional practice groups in the areas of banking law, business formation and governance, commercial and real estate transactions, commercial and real estate litigation, and fidelity and surety law. His experience also includes the representation of clients before state and federal courts of appeals, in the licensing of intellectual property, as both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy, and before the New Mexico Horse Racing Commission, Gaming Commission, and Public Regulation Commission.
Education & Bar Admissions:
Mr. Knoner received his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of Arizona, graduating from the University of Arizona in 1990 with a B.A. in political science. He obtained his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 1995. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of New Mexico and Arizona, as well as the United States Supreme Court and the Ninth and Tenth Circuits Court of Appeals.

Mr. Knoner is a member of the state bars of New Mexico and Arizona, and the Albuquerque Bar Association. He is rated BV Distinguished by Martindale-Hubbell.
