Practice Areas & Professional Experience:
Ms. Moss represents clients in a variety of matters with an emphasis in litigation defense of actions involving hospitals, nursing home and long-term care facilities, medical malpractice, and professional malpractice. She also has experience representing both private and government entities in matters involving civil rights, premises liability, procurement code interpretation, contract negotiation and interpretation, tort law, and employment law.
Education:
University of New Mexico, B.A. in Political Science, 1998. Howard University School of Law, J.D., 2002. While attending law school Ms. Moss was an esteemed member of the Howard Law Journal. She is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Mexico, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Professional Affiliations:
Ms. Moss is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association, the New Mexico Black Lawyers Association, New Mexico Christian Legal Aid, and previously served as a member of the New Mexico State Bar Commission on Professionalism.
