Practice Areas:
Mr. Pharris has 35 years experience in litigation, focusing primarily on defense of products liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance coverage and bad faith cases. He has considerable experience in mediation and arbitration. He frequently serves on AAA arbitration panels.
Mr. Pharris has presented numerous seminars on topics related to tort law, pretrial and trial practice, and various insurance issues to other legal professionals. Mr. Pharris is a member of the New Mexico Medical Review Commission and frequently chairs panel hearings.
