Current & Past Relevant Employment:
Mr. Rasmussen's experience includes real estate transactions, commercial leasing, commercial condominiums, time shares, and financing; business purchases, sales and mergers; contracts; bankruptcy and creditor's rights; commercial litigation, including real estate, zoning, financing, construction, manufactured housing, securities and contract disputes. He has practiced in courts at all levels. His breadth of experience in the law and prior experience in accounting, business systems, and management inform his approach to both his transactional practice and dispute resolution.
Mr. Rasmussen has served on the Board of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the New Mexico State Bar. He has served on the New Mexico Supreme Court's Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Board. He has produced and taught continuing legal education seminars including bankruptcy and commercial law issues.
