Government Relations and Lobbying

We engaged in a variety of lobbying practice before the New Mexico legislature, representing clients and lobbying the passage, defeat, and amendment of major legislation. We also engage in an active regulatory practice, representing clients before a number of New Mexico's regulatory agencies including the Public Regulation Commission, the Insurance Division and the Taxation and Revenue Department.
