Major Finance and Business Transactions

We are actively involved in major finance and business transactions some examples of which include:

1)  The construction and permanent financing of the construction of the 600 MW natural gas fired generating facility located in Hobbs, New Mexico, with an approximate transaction value of 700 million dollars.

2)  Handling the New Mexico legal matters concerning the purchase of the New Mexico Gas Assets from Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) by a newly formed company, New Mexico Gas Company, Inc., for the approximate purchase price of 620 million dollars.

3)  The sale of numerous automobile dealerships in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico, each in the approximate 3-6 million dollar transaction value, and the purchase of land and construction of a new automobile dealership in Albuquerque, New Mexico in the approximate 3 million dollar transaction range.
